The Wurzeralm - a family ski paradise in the Pyhrn-Priel region
The Wurzeralm, embedded in the breathtaking backdrop of the Warscheneck, is a small but fine ski area that impresses with its authentic atmosphere and family atmosphere. It is located in the Pyhrn-Priel holiday region in the south of Upper Austria and can be reached very easily and quickly via the Pyhrn motorway (A9).

Operating hours of the mountain railways:
- Operating hours of the funicular: from 09:00 to 16:30
- Saturday and Sunday & holidays: from 08:30 to 16:30
- Operating hours of the lifts on the mountain + SunnyKids Park: from 09:00 to 16:00
→ Exception: Junior Jet until 15:45 & Frauenkar until 15:30
Please also note the piste closures:
- Frauenkar and Junior Jet from 16:00 to 08:30
- Hahnlgraben, Linzerhaus, Schwarzeck slopes and Gammering run from 16:30 to 08:30
- Wurzer run from 17:00 to 08:30
→ During this time, there is no safety assurance and risk of injury due to slope maintenance, ruts, winch ropes, as well as exposed cables and hoses of the snowmaking equipment.
