If NO lifts are in operation on the booked day, you will be refunded as a gesture of goodwill in the form of a voucher for a one-day ski pass that can be redeemed on a date of your choice during the current season. If operations are cancelled in whole or in part during the course of the day due to bad weather, safety reasons or force majeure (e.g. risk of avalanches), there is unfortunately no entitlement to a refund. There is also no entitlement to a refund in the event of operational disruptions or due to seasonally reduced railway operations. If you already have a KeyCard , you can book your ticket directly onto this data carrier when purchasing online. If you do not have a KeyCard available, you will receive a QR code printed on the booking confirmation. This allows you to collect your ski ticket quickly and easily from the ticket machine or at the ticket office. The booking confirmation does not have to be printed out, but can also be scanned on your mobile phone. A fee of € 2.00 is charged for the KeyCard. This amount will be refunded when you return the KeyCard.
